Mover/Driver Position with local family owned Moving & Delivery Co. - Compensation: Aggressive! in Portland, Arkansas

Hello we are a local family owned Moving, Delivery & Storage Co. We are looking to fill a few positions. You MUST have the following to be considered for the job;
? INTEGRITY
? CLEAN and VALID Driver's License and Record (last 3 years)
? CLEAN Criminal History (we WILL do a background check)
? the Ability to lift 100lbs by yourself and repetitively throughout an 8-10 hour day
? Desire to work
? Availability 24/7, short notice
Transportation such as a bike, car or a bus pass is important as well. We also require that our staff is clean cut. Tattoos are okay.
Now about us.
We take a lot of pride in what we do. We are the NW's first Sustainable Moving, Delivery & Storage Co. and have been green since xxxx. We also consider the local economy in everything we do and purchase. This is very important to us. We consider Moving and Delivery to be a skilled job, not just some dumb labor. There is skill required to know how to lift an object and to be able to maneuver it throughout a home or building. To pack someone?s priceless belongings also takes skill, we don't just throw items into a box with some filler and call it good. We believe in paying for this skill that we require from our employees. Our employees are as important to us as is our clients. We fully understand that our company is only as good as the employees we hire and send out on jobs. Being on time and ready to work is vital for us.
