Share 1 full bath and living areas,(full kitchen with D/W nice large fridge, dining area, and lots of
cabinet space with storage, full stove/oven and microwave oven, all nice and clean.).
Lower level apt. with lots of privacy, and neighbors are very nice and quiet.
Me...42 yr. old male, single, no children, Industrial, commercial, and residential painter.
Easy going, organized, no hang ups, and no hard partying,(a little drinking and fun times
I enjoy)but for the most part, I consider my home a place to relax, unwind, and mellow out.
You...Age or gender is not that important to me...Please have respect for privacy, be on the
lease(adequate income, no felons, etc.)ie. you will need to be appoved by the management
before moving in.
We can discuss the details about Utilities and web/cable costs. I would expect to share the cost
of the electric services(split in half ).
